Our Homemaking Counselor  in the Presidency came up with a good solution to this topic.  She purchased 4 notebooks - 1 for Primary    1 for YW and 2 for RS. Each notebook is separated by subject: - whatever that may be: from Homemaking sign-ups to cannery assignments.

In the front pocket of each notebook is a RS weekly bulletin, prepared usually by the Secretary,  with announcements, birthdays, who is teaching the lesson, what the lesson for the day is, etc.- and the first of each month, on the back of the bulletin, the VT message for the month is printed. everyone looks forward to it and keeps Primary and YW leaders in touch with RS.  It works for us!
