Also I would like to add something.  When I was reading the archives today I noticed a lot of homemaking leaders saying that they wanted to add eduacation classes to their homemaking programs.

Some of you probably already know this...but then some of you may not so I will just share something I learned....check with your local health dept. and your local ag extension office.

These two places provide teachers that will come to homemaking and teach about various subjects for free.  I mentioned in my first post that we have been focusing on women's health all year.

We had health educators come and talk to us twice about differnet aspects of women's health.

Our local ag extension office has a teacher that teaches budget classes....another good place to check is mental health facilites....they always have contracts with the state to teach certain subjects....like child development or how to protect/ teach our children about good touches and bad touches.

Anyway these are just a few places you can check. Hope this helped someone.
