Individual $50

Groups:

   2-9  people $35 each

  10-14 people $25 each

  15 or more   $15 each

501(c) non-profit groups:

   10 or more   $15 each

Previously certified by Personal Safety CPR

(must be taken within 13 months of previous class)   

   $25 individual

   $20 per person w/group

Please note:

There is an additional $10 �drive/travel� fee for classes in all locations within the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan area.

The "drive/travel" fee is NOT per person. If you have a group of two or more people, that fee is waived.
