When your foundation is in need of repairs, the use of heavy machinery can cause more damage than already exists. At Perma Seal, we carefully hand dig six to seven foot trenches in order to gain access to a foundation in need of repairs. Some have vertical cracks and some have horizontal cracks. Depending on the extent of the damage metal braces may need to be added for extra support.
