I was arrested in February 2001 for the offences that I had outstanding warrants for. I was given bail with reporting conditions.
During the next 4 months, I purchased a number of guns, and stalked the area, looking for XXXXXXXX (the "Foster Carer").
Tracey and myself were going through a terrible time in our relationship, as I was blaming her for losing the children whilst in custody.
Whilst all this turmoil was going on, I received a call from Det. Sgt. Rod Sheldon from the Brisbane Sexual Abuse Unit (CSAU).
He said to me that he knew that I was wanted by the Police, and that he also knew I wanted to kill the guy that raped my children, and asked me to come and talk with him, not so he could arrest me, but to try and work with me over this tragic set of circumstances.
