CLIENT'S CHARTER
The Preventive Officers are committed to carry out preventive tasks, eradicate smuggling and fraud activities honestly, sincerely, fairly and with responsibility following the qualities stated below :-
- To develop and collect information through intelligence and public co-operation and to take fast and effective action
- To complete investigation within 3 months provided all necessary information is obtained.
- To respond to any appeals, questions and queries within 2 weeks.
- To create awareness among the public by organising campaigns, talks and dialogues twice yearly.
- To dispose exhibits as soon as possible and as frequent of at least 3 times yearly.
- To process rewards as soon as a case is solved and completed.
