I haven't updated the webbie for a while, except for maintenance like
updating the Horseshow, caption contest, etc. So I finally got a new layout
up here, and added a new link under Interact -
The Equitation Critique!
The Virtual Horse show has been judged, and all the new entries added. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR ENTERING! I am finally able to judge it all! Yay!
I have been very busy riding Pepper and such lately, with the show season starting, and me quitting my babysitting job, I now go riding after school everyday until dark. So the only time I have to update is on the weekends and at night, or on days that I don't go riding.

YAY!
Spring is just around the corner! And boy I can't wait...Although we
don't get snow here, nor do we get much of anything for that matter. But
this year we got an El Niņo, dumping almost 20 inches of rain into the
earth and preventing horses from being ridden. I am happy to say *knock
on wood* that the rain is for the most part over!
It's that time of year again...
The show season has started, we had our first show of the season on the
6th of Feburary, and we got Championship in Horsemanship, 4th in
Showmanship, and 6th in Pleasure. And yes, it rained during the show
too, and I ended up scratching two classes because of it.
It was fun while it lasted
The ranch I ride at has been for sale for a while now...and it is
officially sold. The first horses are being forced to either move to
another section of the ranch, or leave and find a new place to board.
Luckily for me, I don't have to move Pepper until early 2006. But it's
the end of an era: Sandy, the owner of the stable, built the ranch back
in '79 with co-owner Judy. But at least it won't become more track
homes, but stay a little stable for one lucky 10-year-old girl and her
father.
