PRAYER   CONCERNS 

  • Anita Lewis -Pray for her former neighbors, Al & Maryann Adams on the death of their son Jeff of an apparent heart attack.
  • Herb Bitting-Pray for his niece’s grandson who was born with Downs Syndrome on March 5 and has a blood disorder as well as two holes in his heart. He is eating better and is growing and getting cuter every day!
  • LaVelle Bennett-She recently suffered heart arrhythmia and was moved to a new care facility. She is discouraged and would appreciate hearing from her friends. Pray that the transition is easy and that she feels at home soon.
  • Robert & Billie Parker-Pray for daughter Rilee as she continues to recover from a respiratory virus.
  • Mary Kelly-Pray for her dad, Jess Blankenship, as he recovers from an infection and several hospitalizations.
  • Charlotte & Hank Eliason-Pray for their daughter Charlene Mishler of Coos Bay as she undergoes chemotherapy for leukemia.
  • DiAnna Miller-Pray for her stepmother, Sylvia Rice, as she heals from a fall that broke her shoulder, wrist and ribs.

MEN'S  PRAYER BREAKFAST

The 8th Annual Eastern Oregon Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast will be held Saturday, May 12 at the Pendleton Convention Center, 8-10 a.m. Guest speaker is U.S.N. Lieutenant Commander Jim Horsley. Lt. Horsley flew over 200 missions in Vietnam and is a former member of the Navy’s Blue Angels. He is the author of "A Different Kind of Courage." He has proven to be a fascinating and inspirational speaker. Cost is $13 per person and can be purchased at the Pendleton Chamber of Commerce office through Friday, May 11 at noon or from area pastors. If you would like to purchase tickets see Anita or Pastor Rick. All who can are asked to purchase seating for a table of 10 for $120 and allow your extra seating to be offered to the ministerial association to invite government and public leaders to come as guests.

LIFE   WALK DISCONTINUED

Walk Thru the Bible’s daily devotional entitled Life Walk has been discontinued. The following "walks" are still available: Closer, Daily, Family, Youth, Quiet and Tapestry. These are available on the pegboard in the entryway and are FREE.
