Penny's Logo

Penny's Place is located in the community of Pelly Crossing, along the Klondike Highway, midway between Whitehorse and Dawson City. This makes it an ideal spot to refuel.

Property is 200' x 200', 200' of highway frontage, deeded and titled. Only lot like it in this area, most areas on highway are owned by First Nations and those that are privately owned are not large enough, nor on the right side of highway to start a business.

There is a log cabin (20'x20'), running water, shower, and electricity, excellent for lodging.
As well, a Case backhoe (1976), mobile home with large addition, gazebo (24'x32'),
Penny's Place building (24'x 32' approx), and the unique washrooms.(outhouses with real toilets)
There is lots of room to expand!
