| BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO D.O.C.G. Name and origin controlled and guaranteed Description: Sharp and intense with a bouquet of vanilla, wild berries, aromatic woods, and spices. It is full, well - balanced, austere and elegant with a persistent aroma. Its color is a rich, clear ruby red, It is aged for at least three and a half years in Slovenian oak barrels. It is a long tasting wine and can store bottled for fifteen years or longer, depending on the vintage. Some can last even 25 years or more. Serve at 64 Fahrenheit degree (18 Celsius degree) and let breath three to four hours before pouring. It is advisable to decant older vintages before serving. Brunello di Montalcino is ideal with roasts, game, mature cheeses and is an exceptional companion during moments od meditation. |
