To sign up, simply print out the flyer, and mail it with your registration fee to:

You may sign up either as a single player, or as a team. If you do not indicate a team, you will be paired up with other single players.

Those who would like to attend the banquet, but not play in the tournament are encouraged to do so for a nominal fee of $25.00 (to cover the cost of the meal). Simply indicate this on the flyer when you send it back, along with the extra fee.

* Entry fee will go exclusively to fund this and upcoming events, including a scholarship fund.
