Izmir, spread over 600 acres, is a more recent project compared to Valencia, but has emerged as the flagship site of PECHS, with its gracious and open town-planning and sweeping open spaces. 

This township is situated alongside the famous and picturesque UBD canal which runs through Lahore city. The site is about 8 kilmeters upstream from Thokar Niaz Beg, and you reach it by driving past other prestigious schemes such as EME Scheme, Greenforts Farmhouses and several others. The entire hinterland is taken up by the upcoming Jubilee Town, which is LDA's forth-coming major township scheme of suburban Lahore. The road leading from Thokar Niaz Beg to Izmir has now been approved for expansion as a dual lane highway along the canal. This already picturesque drive along the canal will be greatly enhanced in capacity after its dual lane facility becomes operational.

After installation of its infrastructure facilities, sprawling and spacious houses have since came up on the site. Other facilities including mosque and playgrounds are functional.
