BACKGROUND--
We, the students from Prospect Education Center in Porterville California, USA, have conducted a test to see which brand of plastic wrap will keep out the most air and keep in the most moisture. Our class used three different brands of plastic wrap--Iris, Stretch Tite and Reynolds Blue. We soaked three paper towels and wrapped each paper towel in a different brand of plastic wrap. After that we weighed them on a triple beam balance and recorded the mass of each packet. Then we let them sit for two nights and then we weighed them the following day. We repeated the process three times. We calculated the average change in mass following the final massing. Results are recorded below.

We have concluded that Reynolds Blue plastic wrap is the best plastic wrap because it kept out the most air and kept in the most moisture.
