On or before the last day in the credit period, make sure the following pages have been completed:

#1--Credit in Science and INB Grading Rubric.

#2--Self-Reflection and Table of Contents.

#3--Partners in Science page(s) and MY Science Study Plan.

#4--Two Current Science pages.

#5--One completed BQRS paper.

*** Meet with Steve to review and evaluate your INB and test scores.

If you are unable to meet, make copies of items 1-5 listed above, ATTACH THIS COVER SHEET and hand all items in to Steve in class or in his box @ PEC by the due date.

Late assignments turned in by the Tuesday following the end of the credit period will be lowered one grade; late assignments turned in by Friday will be lowered two grades. Late work will be posted for the next credit period. No late assignments will be accepted after the Friday following the end of the credit period.
