| (Christie�s View) I looked into the eyes of the man whom my daughter considered her father. �I don�t think we�ve proper introduce ourselves,� I said. �I�m Christie Adams,� �Howie Dorough,� �I guess I made a very good choice when I chose your suite. You�ve done a very good job of raising her.� �Thank you.� �Listen, Kara is in a lot of danger.� �I know that�s why I didn�t go home. I called earlier & someone I didn�t know picked up. It wasn�t worth risking her life.� �You�ve been a good father to her. I couldn�t have done all you�ve done for her.� �You got her away from danger. She had somewhat of a normal life, but to be honest it was very hard for me to take care of her.� �How?� �I�m kind of famous so I travel a lot & I am very busy. My band & I kind of had to cut back on the amount of work we do, but I want you to know it was worth it. I love Kara with my whole heart & would be willing to risk my life to keep her safe� �I understand, I love her too. I had to leave her with you or she would have been hurt & I wanted her to be safe. It is good you are willing to risk everything to protect her & that�s just what you might have to do.� �That�s fine with me, like I said I would do anything to save her.� |
