Chapter 8
I dont know, but I know I have to decide soon.
Oh
You sound disappointed.
I just hate waiting for an answer.
Well, Ill think about it tonight & hopefully I will have an answer in the morning,
OK

The two of us spent the day watching movies & talking. Sometimes Sunny seemed to drift into another world. I felt bad for her. She was loosing her mother & was unsure of what would happen to her. I dont know why I was thinking this. Maybe its a fatherly feeling. Its scary.
That night I really took my time while I was thinking about what I would do about Sunny. I had two choices, Take her in or dump her & pay child support. The second choice sounded horrible, but I do travel a lot. I finally made my decision, but I am going to keep it a secret from everyone. The next day I took Sunny to the nearby hospital where the DNA, blood test would be taken. Mr. & Mrs. Robins were not there. Sunny went in first & then I went in. The nurse was far from nice. She jabbed the needle into my vein & made nagging comments. We waited an hour for Sunnys grandparents to show up, but they never did. I took her back to the hotel only to find A.J. in my room. He handed me a note that had been slid under the door. It was from the police. It was a missing persons report stating that Sunnys grandparents were no where to be found. It was filed by Sarahs older brother Todd. I called him & he said that his parents had left him a note that they were leaving. This was horrible, but it wouldnt stop me from doing what I had planed. I told Todd about it & he agreed to do the part that his parents would have done.
