If your team made a score of 90.00 or above on any of their dances then they qualify to participate in the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders Holiday Halftime on Sunday, December 12, 2004, when the Dallas Cowboys take on the New Orleans Saints. There will be approximately 900 dancers on the field.

REHEARSAL
Saturday, December 11, 2004
Location and Time TBD (approx 9am-6pm in the DFW Metroplex)
Detailed rehearsal information will be mailed to the studio at a later date.

CHOREOGRAPHY
DCCC will mail a choreography video and rehearsal CD to PDP by November 8.
Each group (Grades 1-6, Grades 7-9, and High School) will have a feature routine and EVERYONE will perform in the Finale.
GAMEDAY REHEARSAL AT TEXAS STADIUM, Sunday, December 12, 2004:
Report on field 7:00am
Rehearsal from 7:15am-9:15am
Kickoff for game is Noon.

COSTUMES
1st-9th grade:
Holiday colors, themed dancewear, or school uniform.

High School Teams
Wear basic black long sleeved unitard or long sleeved leotard and black jazz pants. DCC will provide sequined skirt and choir robe to be worn over basic black.
(This applies only to 9th graders and up, and they may determine if they would like to participate in the High School section or if they would like to stay in the 1st-9th grade division as we have done in the past. It's more fun, anyway!)

Game Tickets
I must have the Holiday Halftime Registration form in the DCC office by 5:00 on Wednesday, November 24, 2004, therefore, please read the following information very carefully.

All four of our Dance Companies qualified to participate in the Holiday Halftime Performance on December 12, 2004. Each Dance Company student will receive a complimentary ticket for game day. Additional tickets for parents and additional siblings or family members must be purchased at $37.00 each. If you prefer to have a Red Parking Pass, please specify and add $20.00 to your check. Jerry Jones only provides the DCC with a limited number of extra tickets, and a limited number of Red Parking Passes for performer's family members, but they hope to accommodate all requests.

I can only send in one check with our additional ticket order. First, you will need to decide if the date of the event works with your/your student's social calendar. Notify us immediately if you cannot participate. Second, determine how many extra tickets you want for your family, multiply that number by $37.00 and write one check made payable to Lisa Powell. I must have all the monies for these tickets in my Family File Folder by 8:30pm, Tuesday, November 23, 2004.

I will also be ordering 4 "bus" passes. I would like to have one "Bus" mom per Dance Company. This mom will be responsible for transporting one dance company, along with a teacher, and just hang out with us for the day. As you can see we will have to be there early. We don't have to beautiful, just awake. We will beautify ourselves in the stands while the girls rehearse on the field. When they are through rehearsing, you would also be responsible for getting your dance company ready for Game Day including their make up and hair. Serious inquiries only, please. As I said above, there will be approximately 900 dancers on the field at one time, so the more eyes we can have to help in the safety of our children, the better.

Once again, congratulations to all of our Dance Companies performances last Saturday. They have truly earned the right to perform with the Cheerleaders in front of a sell out crowd on December 12.
