Written in different hands at different times. One of the few merchandises mentioned: Cloaks of the Jews and Abyssinian garments (kisa al Yahud wa-maliyat al-Habashiya) They were sold on behalf of Yasi ibn Anktu (or Anktuwa) The writer of the book adds: Because of the name; a Muslim of perhaps East African origin. |
