* Members also need to be freindly to the public, and answer any questions that they might have,
* If someone in the public has a question you cannot answer of if you are running a train, do not just blow them off. Refer them to somebody else in the club who can take time to talk with them.
* Members should also try to get along with each other. If you do have a conflict with another member, keep calm, do not shout, and do not let the public see you argue.
* Members are praised for doing a wonderful job at the GTE Anaheim show.
