* If president is not present, then the vice president will assign the tasks.
* If neither the president nor vice president are present, than one member will be disignated as in charge.
* Each task will have a person in charge, known as the foreman. If the task warrents more help, there may also be one or more helpers. The foreman is responsible for the task, and must enusre that the task is done correctly.
* No member is to do any task on their own, it must be assigned to them. When a member finishes a task, they will wait to have another task assigned to them.
* No member is to do any work on modules other than their own, unless asked to do that work by module owner.
* No member does work on or around the mainline at shows without authorization from dispatcher.
* Too many modules have been damaged lately by too many people working on them.
* No member is to put a locomotive on any mainline or brachline until they have their track and time from dispatcher. This is only when they have been given the remote control and or the member is certain that the track is dead.
