Five Institutional Thrusts
- Own and value our Vision-Mission and Core Values
Focus on the following:
- Participating in the evangelizing mission of the Church by forming "men and women of noble character."
- Professing commitment of one's professional and personal attributes to help realize the school's mission.
- Experiencing and sharing the value of PEACE and the universal attributes of TRUTH, FREEDOM, JUSTICE and LOVE among our brothers and sisters in the community.
- Empowering the Teachers
"An unexamined life is not worth living." A Process of knowing the "self", an introspective look at oneself to be able to empower skills and competencies in order to generate positive respnses for one's growth and development.
The empowering process heightens one's capacity to transform others to be a catalyst of change.
- Stewardship of Resources
An effective conscientious management of human and financial resources, maintenance, safety and security, cleanliness and orderliness of the physical plant and the immediate environment.
- Strengthening Religion as the Core of the Curriculum
This underscores the Christian values advocated by Jesus Christ in his teachings. His three offices emphasize the following:
- "Priestly" - Religous Education: promoting the values in classroom instruction
- "Prophet" - Campus Ministry: celebrating the values in the Holy Mass
- "Kingly" - Extension Program: experiencing the values in the outreach programs in the institution
- Improving Students' Performance
"A culture of Character brings a culture of Excellence".
Students are trained "to learn how to learn", where skills and study habits are honed, where both academic and community exposures play a significant role in the integral formation of students.
