Guidelines for Authors

The specifications for both poster session and oral session are same. The abstract should be within 300 words, using A4 size paper with Times New Roman font type, 12 points font size and headings in corresponding font size as appropriate. Abstract should be sent in triplicate and typed double-spaced with proper page margins along with a CD. Also please sent an electronic copy of the abstract through e-mail ([email protected]). Abstract should contain a short informative title, names of authors beginning with author presenting the paper, affiliation, city with pin code. The presenting author must be registered delegate and should restrict one paper, but can be co-author of other presentations. Abstract will be processed only if accompanied by registration fees. All communication is to be made to the Organizing Secretary.

NOTE :

For presentation, please bring your materials either in MS-PowerPoint  or OHP format. Slide projection arrangement may not be available.
