Photos

AhhÖ  photographs.  The beautiful things which always catch us not looking out best (to put it mildly).  Here are a bunch of random photos (well, not completely random ó I know all of the people in the pictures).  They're not arranged in any particularly intelligent or easy to understand order.  I do have them grouped into several categories, but those are subject to change and I don't guarantee that the categories will make any particular sense.  I'm sorry that I don't have thumbnails, but things like that take time to create and time is something that I don't have an excess of.  Of course, it's interesting how when you're getting paid an abundance of time just seems to magically appear out of thin air.

BAMMA

When I'm afraid that my love for Journalism is fading, then I think back and remember the bliss of this Journalism camp that I went to at SF State.  Two whole weeks of Journalism, loving (almost) every minute of it.  So, you can understand why I enjoy getting all sentimental about this wonderful time in my history with Journalism.  And photos are one of the best ways to brood over the past.
Everybody (almost) who attended BAMMA   It's a nice shot, not too close ó everybody looks closer to their best than they do in most of my photos.
The famous/infamous Donna Tam.   Another EIC, who is just as crazy as myself.  The only difference is that her insanity gets results (they have a paper).
Jason Ahn (w/ me looking like an Idiot)
Jason   I like the expression on his face.
Louis   An amazing singer if I ever saw one.  That's what he's doing in this picture.
Nidhi   Another shot from the Talen Show.
Nishat (and Louis)   Looks like our RA is loosing a little of her authority.
 Additional degradation of authority
 Waiting for MUNI
 Lip Sync
 Flashback  to the Greek Empire
No photo set would be complete withoutÖ
Homecoming Dance   This one was taken after BAMMA.

SST (and related photos)

My last year of SST was truly wonderful.  If I get a chance I'll post the yearbook in addition to these photos.
 My class
A line of people   The picture was taken by someone in the photo.  And James was saying "I could have saved so much money at my wedding by not hiring a photographer.
After the meeting   Zak likes to talk to people.
Julia and Leonna   These two wonderful people stopped by our house for no reason and dropped off a cake (not pictured) and a bottle ofÖ wellÖ nevermind.

School

The place that takes up too much of me.  It takes up too much of my time.  It takes up too much of of my thinking capacity.  It takes up too much of any conversation I hold.  It takes up too much of what I do.  It takes up too much space on this darn web page.
Miss Imes   One of the few photos of this very interesting lady.  Nobody taught Spanish like Miss Imes.  Nobody.  And nobody else who gave me the grades she gave me retained my respect.  I don't care how packed my schedule is or how badly I need to get into college.  If Miss Imes came back and started teaching again I'd sign right up for her class.
Amy Chen and Amy Chen   A couple of pictures that I discovered when looking through hard drive of one of the computers in the journalism room.
Rachel Lommen   UhhÖ  What is she doing in this picture?
A couple of people i know
Amy Jin   Surprise!  I love taking pictures when people aren't ready.
Prom   The pic of Xin and I at prom.

Family

My extended family as well as my immediate family.  If you had a family this cool you'd post photos of them on your web page too.
Seattle  is a city that I visit almost every year to visit my really cool extended family members.
Cast your doubts aside   Just in case you don't believe me when I say country western music is in my blood ó here's a photo of two of my relatives from New Mexico (and yes, these are their everyday clothes).
My Grandparents (and some other people who are also in my family).
Isabel   She's not exactly a member of my family, but she does spend a lot of time with us.
 My House
My Cousin Mike, my brother, my sister and me   Being in New Mexico gives you a pretty grim view of the world.
The Owen Home   This is the Owen House (Owen is my mother's maden name).  It was build by my great great grandfather and is a really cool place (even though you're not allowed to touch anything).
 Uncle Rob and Aunt Diane

Random Stuff

Birthday   The birthday of my brother Jonathan, Seth, and his brother Luke.
I like fire   So does my good friend Seth.  The fire got about twice that high later on.  It was fun watching it burn, but not hauling all the brush that we were burning.
Away from Civilization?   Yes, people who can't see the road from their house still have pretty cool houses.
My Desk   This is where I spend most of my time at home when I'm not fooling around on the computer.
