Somebody had once said  "We only live once but if we live it right…once is enough."

But living it right is not easy for this journey is full of ups and downs…

sometimes we hit fellow travelers ...sometimes it is us who are hit by…

sometimes we go fast and far…sometimes we stumble and fall…

At times we carry people on the journey…sometimes we let other people carry us…

This  journey has never been easy…

but there are reminders that may help  us go through

this difficult,  challenging and rewarding journey called LIFE.
