Top Breeder Presented to the PCCV member who (co-)bred the most Pomeranians that completed AKC titles in conformation, obedience, agility, rally, and/or tracking, IWPA, UKC or PCCV titles in pulling, NAFA flyball titles and/or PCCV herding titles during the given year. Each title will be counted separately, even if a dog gains more than one title. Advanced titles will also be counted. So, if a dog completes a CD, for example, and then in the same or a subsequent year completes its CDX, the CD title as well as the CDX title will be counted. 2003 - Margaret McKee |
