Please bring a headshot or other recent picture and current resume to the auditions, if you have one. Be prepared to let us know any weekday evening or weekend scheduling conflicts you have during the rehearsal period.
Rehearsals will be weeknights, 4-5 times a week from 7-10 pm beginning March 1 for two weeks before the performance date. There will possibly be a few weekend rehearsals from 2-5 pm. Not all cast members will be required at every rehearsal.
SWEETHEARTS will be a semi-staged concert version in which all cast members will be carying their scripts and scores on stage. All the cast members in the production will be making their entrances and exits as well as doing blocking with the book in hand. While the music is expected to be memorized by the principal cast, the chorus music and dialogue does not have to be completely memorized.
