�I feel like going out� Tara blurted out suddenly. Charlie got off from his knees and looked at her.
�Sure� he replied, taking both her hands �I feel like a breath of fresh air too� �Ok, lemme just let me get changed and we can go� she said. Charlie nodded and sat on the bed, waiting for her to get dressed. A few minutes later Charlie and Tara walked out into the hallway hand in hand and began their way down the stairs. Tara turned her head to look into Matt�s room, she saw the cupboard door was slightly open and a figure of Matt stooped inside. He winked at her before carefully tiptoeing out and lying back on his bed. Tara smiled slightly before making her way out the door with Charlie. Not long before the couple had both left Emma made her way back into the house, her face now more tear-stained then ever. She took of her coat and chucked a small cardboard box and pack of instructions in the bin before running upstairs and slamming the door of James� room shut. James heard the door of his room slam and realised Emma was home, he had had enough of her. He needed to tell her what he thought about her, she had to leave for Charlie�s sake and Tara�s! He stormed down the hallway in anger and pulled open the door to be greeted with darkness and a cowered figure sitting on his bed, facing the wall. �You Bitch!� began James, walking over to the still body of Emma who didn�t move a muscle as he spoke. �I saw you with Charlie earlier on this morning� he continued �how could you! You knew he was in a serious relationship, you knew he loved Tara! You knew he�s becoming a father, you knew he was DRUNK and took YOU took advantage!� Emma continued to look at the blank wall in front of her, her face expressionless as she sat in the shadow. �LOOK AT ME WHEN IM TALKING TO YOU, COW!� spat James as he grabbed Emma�s arm tightly and pulled her towards him, he then flicked on the light switch with his free hand. James� eyes widened as he stared at Emma, the coloured had drained from her face; she looked weak, ill and scared. �What the hell has happened?� gasped James not letting go of her arm. Emma�s lip trembled as she continued to stare blankly into space, not saying a word �EMMA!� yelled James, beginning to get worried. �WHATS HAPPENED!?� Emma turned her gaze at James, her face turning to rage, she ripped her arm out of James� grip and began to cry hysterically. �I�M PREGNANT THAT�S WHATS HAPPENED� she cried �PREGNANT!� |
