�oh Emma� sighed James in sympathy as he opened is arms for Emma to walk into �what�s happened to your life hey� he said jokingly, smiling to himself knowing that he would have never been able to stay angry at her for too long.
�You don�t know the whole story� sniffled Emma, knowing it was time to admit the truth �What do you mean?� asked James, sitting down on the bed with Emma still in his arms �I didn�t take advantage of Charlie� she mumbled looking down. James smiled weakly, knowing she was telling the truth �He wanted to kiss me� continued Emma �he was drunk and told me he loved me, me being the stupid person I am believed him and one thing led to another��� she cried. James felt so sorry for her as he watched the tear drops slip from her cheeks and onto the mattress. �Come here� he whispered, embracing her into a hug. �What�s Charlie going to do when he finds out he�s now having two children� Emma stopped sniffling and pulled away to look at James� face. �He�s not going to have two children� she said blankly �Emma you can�t just get rid of your child without talking to Charlie first� said a shocked James �No!� cried Emma �Listen to me James! I would never ever think of having an abortion, it just wouldn�t seem right� �Then why is Charlie only going to have one child?� he asked, still confused. Emma looked down, not wanting to tell James, hoping he would figure it out for himself. James sat in confusion for a few minutes when suddenly his eyes widened �You mean�. Tara�s had an abortion� he asked, staring deep into Emma�s watery eyes, searching for the truth. �Not exactly�..�She mumbled, still looking down �Then what!� snapped James �I have a right to know, Charlie�s one of my best friends� �She�s stopping herself from getting pregnant� blurted Emma �What?!� he said, a little taken back �That�s right!� cried Emma �she�s taking the pill, she doesn�t want children� �What?!� yelled James �how do you know?� �I heard her talking� she mumbled �To who?� demanded James. Emma looked away but James pulled her back �TO WHO?� �Matt� she whispered �Matt?� said James, now even more confused �why the hell did she tell Matt� �BECAUSE SHES SLEEPING WITH HIM!� yelled Emma. She then realised a huge weight had been lifted off her shoulders; she didn�t have to hide anymore. |
