The carriages operate seven days a week downtown, year 'round (weather permitting.) The office is also open seven days a week to accept reservations or to answer questions about private events and other services from 9:00 a.m. until late in the evening.

Advance reservations are always recommended, however on slow evenings carriages may be dispatched to nearby restaurants or hotels downtown with a call to the office.
