The seat of the Helen government. Various dictators have overthrown each other over the generations, but each has seated himself--though once it was a female--in the Sandstone Tower.
It is a fortress of sandstone brought south from the Ghost Sands, and the entire building is riddled with enchantments because of the mystical nature of the Ghost Sands themselves. It is rumored that each ruler has complete control over the enchanments and magic of the tower.
