Welcome to my website, my name is Ruth and I live in N. Carolina.
I have been breeding traditional Russian Blues
for more
than 30 years under the cattery names of Pau-Nes in CFA,
and Taiga in TICA.
I have now chosen Rocky Run as my ACFA cattery name.
By "traditional", I mean my cats are not
of
the Siamese type like some of the current day Russians are.
Several years ago, I became interested in the different colors
of Russian Cats that are seen in other parts of the world.
I and a fellow breeder, Andrea of Rubanthom Russians,
imported
a Russian White male from Australia several years ago.
He was to become the foundation of our Russian Colors breeding
program. I became especially fond of the Russian Blacks.
