Old Sac
Old Sac is a wild west style part of the city which now houses various sweet shops, restaurants and tacky T-shirt vendors. It is quite fun though, with its raised wooded pavements and buildings out of a western, but they really shouldn't let cars down there, it spoils the whole effect.
