| TIP:You can either camp or stay in the cabins at Phantom Ranch. But you'll need to 1)call once and make reservations 2)call often for cancellations 3)show up and take someone's place that didn't show up. During the off season #3 is a distinct possibility (it seemed like quite a few people there were last minute); but make reservations at the Bright Angel lodge before you hike down.. You can also get dinner/lunch/breakfast there, but they are seperate reservations (not guaranteed with cabin). Click on the picture to go to their site. |
