Fruit Dip
1 jar of Marshmellow Cream
8 oz. of Softened Cream Cheese

Mix both ingredients together with mixer, you may want to put a few drops of food coloring in for special occasions.  I like to put  in a drop or two of red food coloring  or blue  and take it to baby showers.

Then you just dip your favorite bite size fruits .   YUM!

Simple but really good, we use Frito Scoops Corn Chips .
Grandma's Turkey and Dressing
Ok!  My grandmother taught me how to cook with out measuring.  So I will explain this recipe the best I can.  If you try this dressing recipe and you need to ask questions about it just send me an email, or post a message on the guestbook.

Crumble up pre-made cornbread in a large baking pan.
Then Crumble up 1 can of pre-baked can biscuits.
Add all of these folling ingredients.

1/4 to 1/2 cup of sage
6 eggs
Salt to tasted
Pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of ploultry seasoning
1 to 2  large onions that have been sauted in a stick of butter
5 to 6 stalks of celery that were sauted in the  butter with your onions

Now you can add you broth,

I know that this recipe is called Turkey and dressing but I boil a chicken and add the broth from it, and I also add a few cans of canned chicken broth, It seems to make it richer.

You will want your mixture to be kind of wet, not to thick or it will be tough after you cook it.

It is now ready to bake.   I bake at 400 dergees for about an hour and 1/2.  just keep an eye on it, it all depends on how much you make.

GOOD LUCK.....If you want chicken or turkey mixed in with your dressing go head and add it also.    We usually just bake a Turkey and put it on table, (thats the way the Kids like it).
