Interior: Fully equipped with housewares, but bring your own bed linens, kitchen cloths, and towels. Basic supplies (e.g., TP, soap, cleaning supplies) are provided but you replace whatever gets used up during your stay. Electric heat, partly winterized.
Kitchen: Fridge, gas stove with oven. You bring 5-gallon water jug for drinking water. We have the hand pump to serve it. Coffee maker, toaster oven, cookware, dishware, silverware, serving dishes supplied. Hot and cold running water for easy cleanup (lake water). Cozy table seats 6. No microwave, TV, or other electronics.
Master bedroom: New queen size mattress and box spring. Dresser. Mirror. Clothes hooks. Two windows with lake view. Sleeps 2.
Back bedroom: Queen size foam mattress on a built-in platform. View to yard. Sleeps 2. Informal library of summer reading.
Bunk-bed bedroom: Twin-size beds sleep 2. View to lake. Assorted children's books, toys and games.
Bathroom: Modern bath with flush toilet, sink/ vanity, shower stall. Hot and cold running water (lake water).
Wrap-around porch: Breeze keeps days mostly bug-free. Child-resistant railing and lockable gate. Safer for pets too.
