Miss Heidi Dee-Dee was definitely "My Angel Girl." I did not want to breed her, so when she was just a puppy, I had her spayed. She was quite the "Miss Personality" girl. She had a special way of conning you that you didn't think you were being "conned." She was one smart little "cookie" that is for sure.
She was also one fast little dog. She could run! She was quick and alert, and you had to keep your eye on her if she was off leash, to make sure she didn't run into the street while chasing squirrels! She loved to chase squirrels and the squirrels knew how to tease her as well.
She was always curious and very protective of her domain. She would bark at visitors and would eventually settle down once I allowed the visitors entrance into the house. However, she did not like people exiting either. She would pull at their pant legs of trousers or lightly nip at a person's ankles when they were departing the house. She was a little "stinker" and definitely a "heart breaker" when one became acquainted with her.
