It seems as if ever since Patsy was old enough to read, she's been a
"filer". It's in her blood. Her mom had to build a cubby house for
her files as it was threatening to overrun the whole house. She had files on almost
all the countries in the world. When her friends would
go abroad, they would ask her for her files so they'd be prepared for their voyage.
Then there were her notes on the environment,
clippings about 
"beauty
tips", jokes, inspiring stories, and Christian teachings.
