Dear friends Please read this message I've written to Patrick Oei DTM: Dear Patrick, The time is ready for you to serve in a higher capacity as LGM in toastmasters. Contrags! There is a common belief among Christians that if the Lord wants something to happen, then it will happen, in spite of human intervention. So trust in the Lord. In His good time, if it is according to His will, it will happen. I have known you, Patrick, for a few short years that I have been involved in the Toastmasters movement, yet you have impressed me with your quiet dedication, sense of perseverance and commitment to a wider cause. You have been an encourager, a motivator, and a mentor-at-large. In a very unassuming way, you have encouraged the younger Toastmasters (in experience, not necessarily in age) to move on in their 'Toastmasters journey'. You have sponsored new clubs, got their respective Excos 'on their feet' and urged them on to complete their journey. You have unselfishly shared from the vast universe of your experience and personally coached them to achieve whatever tasks they had set their minds to achieve. I wish you success and look forward to calling you LGM Patrick Oei.
