Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire vs. Final Fantasy 7

Round 1: Game Play

Pokemon: A game where characters battle with many different monsters to win badges and in the end defeat the pokemon league. Players can capture different pokemon of different types and battle strangers from around the world.

Final Fantasy 7: A game where characters battle against monsters, machines and and different bosses to save the world from destroying itself. You have to travel around the world to stop an evil company which produces Mako that in the end will kill the world.

Round 2:Battle System

Pokemon: You can engage in battle with different attacks in a two on two battle using special attacks, abilities and destructive blows. Different items can be used to increase different stats to win battles. You must wait after you attack to let your opponent attack.

Final Fantasy 7: You can engage in 3 on any other number of enemies using attacks, magic and summonning. This game uses the active time battling system where you must wait to attack giving your opponent a chance to attack with a minimal chance of missing you. Limit Breaks can be used to deplete monsterous HP. They also look really good.

Round 3: Characters

Pokemon: You can choose between a girl and a boy and you can change the name of your character. Characters can move or ride a bicycle.

Final Fantasy 7:You can move around the world to different places by means of walking, or usisng a veehicle including air planes. Characters can be equiped with many different items like swords, pinwheels, etc. and other accesories.

Fianl Round: Graphics

Pokemon: The graphics are always clear and the pokemon graphics are 3-D and look very real. In this game it can rain or snow at anytime making it seem even more realistic.

Final Fantasy 7: The graphics on the world map of this game or basically whenever you travel are realitively unclear and you can see every pixel. In battle mode the graphics are better and everything looks real. The environments in the game (in towns and cities more than the world map) look realistic as ever.
