NEW YORK ----------

NEW YORK !!!!
Samm moved to New York City to attend The American Musical and Dramatic Academy in October of 1996, just three short months after graduation. After graduating from there in Feb. of 1998, he decided that was where he would make his home. The World Trade Center was his first sight of the City, and since Sept. 11th,2001, he says that the change is something very sad and unbelievable. Being just a few miles from there on that awful morning is something that he will never forget. Like many other "New Yorkers", he has hopes that "someday" the WTC will somehow be rebuilt.
Samm returned home in August, recieved his substitute teaching certificate and now works for two of our local school systems. He finds this to be one of the most rewarding things he has ever done and is seriously thinking about returning to school and earning a teaching degree. He plans on moving to the Chicago area next summer, instead of returning to New York. It's sure nice to have him home!!!
