A tin tray used in the Jenks Tavern in Spencer, Mass. The tray was used to serve bread to George Washington when he visited the tavern on October 22, 1789.
The tray was donated to the Tioga County NY Museum by Henry E. Kingman, to whom the tray was given by Mrs. Daniel Jenks
