No, Not One!

Jesus warned us that there will be false prophets who will claim to be Him returned. Do not believe them, He warned. They are all fakes.  The world is full of false religions whose founder claimed to be God or sent by God with a special message. The Apostle Paul warned us, also, of these false teachers. He said that we have the complete Word of God, nothing more was needed.  Read II Tim. 3:16,17.

The person has never seen another person like Jesus Christ, nor, will it, ever. The story of a man's life begins with his birth. With Christ the story of Him began before the foundations of the earth was laid. The story began in written form in Genesis, in the Garden of Eden, with the promise to the serpent (Satan) "You will bruise His heel, but He will bruise your head." Hence the story of Christ began thousands of years before He was born. Through the centuries that followed, the promise was repeated in various forms to various people -- each time the promise becoming clearer as the centuries wore on.

Jesus was to be born of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Judah, of the family of David, of a virgin mother, in the little town of Bethlehem. He was to die as the Lamb of God to take away the sin of the world.   All had been clearly prophesied.

The Savior Himself told the people of His day that these prophecies pointed to Him. He declared the Old Testament Scriptures "testify of Me." On the road to Emmaus, "beginning at Moses and all the prophets, He expounded to them all the Scriptures the things concerning Himself. Luke 24:27. Also, read the entire chapter.

Without a doubt, here is no ordinary man. Here was the Messiah, the promised deliverer, the Savior, the Son of God. Here was the promised Redeemer from before the foundations of the world was laid. Never a man spoke like Him, then, nor since.
