This window was given in 1997 in memory of Lowell Noah Meisner by his wife Sonya and his sons Jason and Aaron.
In his youth Lowell was a Server in our Church, performing his duties with dignity and faithfulness. In adulthood he served with honour and distinction as a member of the Halifax Police Force.
