Par Excellence is an honors student organization dedicated to promoting the Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management and its members through the actual experience of managing and operating of a first-class hospitality staffing business.

Within these web pages we hope we are able to answer any questions you may have about Par Excellence and give you more of an idea about what we are about.

Whether you have used Par Excellence many times or you are considering us for the first time we would like to thank you for continuing to support Par Excellence. Last year we celebrated our 25th year anniversary and it could not have been done with out the support of the Houston community. With your help we are able to award scholarships to our members in Par Excellence and academically accomplished students at the Hilton College.

We hope you choose Par Excellence because we are the best. All of our members go through extensive training and we do it because of our love of the industry, our love of our college, and our love to serve. You will not find another hospitality staffing company that has the same passion as ours. We have chosen hospitality as our future careers and we are eager to learn and impress.
