On Owens Creek beginning upon a gum, thence up the creek to steep
bottam Branch, thence up the branch to a persimmon, thence along a
line of marked trees in Morris Pardue’s line to a red oak, thence
along Nimrod Williams to a black jack, thence along Tanner's line
to a hickory, thence along the Purchase Patent line to a red oak,
thence along Wm Duke line to the first station...
land formerly belonging to John Pardue, deceased..

(She being first privately examined & thereto consenting) ack-
