Should i continuously upgrade it?

Should i fill it up with each and every LIB files available in this world?

I am extremely sorry for such a simple feedback page, but the original one backfired.

I was then forced to use the host "geocities" guestbook.

It's not that bad and in fact it's neat and clean (and simple too).
