A Brief History Of Eurobeat
The Music genre eurobeat actually overlaps some other similar genres of dance music. It is all in the genre of Eurodisco and in the sub-genre Italo. It is closely related to or overlaps Hi-NRG, Italo Disco (Sometimes called Hi-NRG Italo or Italo NRG).
It all started back in 1983 with the creation of italo disco music by the dance music label ZYX. Producers like Giacomo Malioni (Time Records) and Mauro Farina (with Time records then later created Saifam with Guiliano Crivellente) wanted to create a new sound of music for Japan.This sound would later be called eurobeat. Eurobeat was meant to match the energy and power of japanese society.
