The Sales Contract
1] Buybacks I know buybacks don't happen in real life, so technically I wouldn't require these. However, it would be nice just to notify me if you going to sell a horse that you have previously bought from me. If I find a horse that has been sold on without notifying me, I will put the ex-owner's name on my blacklist.
2] Racing/Showing This is probably the most important part of the contract. The horses have been bred to race/show, so entering them in relevant classes in races/shows is required.
3] Aging I age all my horses every year. 1 SIM YR = 1 RL YR. If you don't do this or have another way of aging horses, please don't hesitate in contacting me.
4] Breeding Stallions must be 3 years old before they can breed. Mares must be 4 years old.
5] Naming Names must not be changed in any way, shape or form. Please don't add prefixes or suffixes and don't try and claim the horse as your own.
6] Pages A page is required within 7 days. Pages must be updated regularly.
7] Inactivity If the horse becomes inactive for longer than 2 months, I will contact you first, but if you do not reply within 7 days with a reason as to why the horse has been inactive, I will not hesitate in re-claiming the horse and putting your name straight onto the blacklist.
8] Fun Most importantly, I want you and the horse to have a good time, build a great relationship and win lots of rosettes! If you have any good race/show results, don't hesitate in contacting me - I would love to find out how they're doing!
