After Sherlock's disappearance, we were informed of the horses we had been asked to keep and look after. So, Miss Chardonnay arrived at Paramount during the first week of April 2008. Seeing as this is El Conquistador's very last outside breeding, makes Miss Chardonnay even more special. She has very nice lines, with Djerba, High Times, and Suncrest Lily in her veins she is sure to make a wonderful race partner. Miss Chardonnay can be a bit full of herself however. She demands a lot of attention and can be a bit of a drama queen. Once when she was a foal, she was running, she tripped, and fell. She sounded like she was dieing. So you can expect to see her throw those tantrums. She should grow out of it as she gets older and with the right trainer. She loves to have her ears scratched, she'll nudge you and put her head down and flicker her ear, until you do. Overall shes a sweet filly would loves attention and will do all it takes to win, just to hear the crowd call out her name.
