Apple is the tomboy of Paramount Parque. She is extremely boisterious and bullies the other youngstock in the paddocks. She is always seen with her ears back and teeth flared at other horses. Apple, however, around humans is an angel. She loves attention and a good groom, and enjoys being scratched behind the ears. On the track, Apple converts her anger and boisteriousness to speed and determination to succeed. She has the most amazing staying power and will follow the lead right up until the wire, before overtaking and snatching a win.
